Jack loves his bath time...

Fire

We had a marshmallow roast a couple of weeks ago after landscaping. It was Jack's first time trying a marshmallow and I must tell you he was not too impressed. He enjoyed Marie's apple pie much more than the roasted marshmallows. We had a great night sitting by the fire enjoying being outside.

Annoying?

Jack thought that it was funny to annoy mommy and Auntie Lori... We found it a little less funny...

New Truck

We finally got Shaun's new truck today, Jack really loved getting to ride in it and had a blast driving it in the showroom!

Sunny Winnipeg

Jack loves going outside in the sun and has discovered the benefits of wearing a hat and sunglasses. He never wants to go outside without them. Last night he helped Auntie Lori plant her garden.

New House

Our new house! We move in on July 1st and are really getting excited. Jack is looking forward to having a new room and wants it painted the same color as Thomas.

Auntie Lori's Garden

Auntie Lori likes to garden so the men got some dirt and started to build up the garden so it does not flood. Jack was a big help. Paul and Marie came to supervise. It was our first time outside in shorts! Yeah for spring. (Auntie Lori did a good job of making Jack's shorts)

Sling

Thanks to Jennifer and Lori! Jennifer, you got me addicted to the sling, the one you made was perfect until the material started to get a little tired. Thanks for making me another one Lori, both boys have enjoyed it!

Charlie and I get lots of comments when we are out about how cute he looks in it.

Bath Time

Both Jack and Charlie love bath time, they have only recently begun to play together in the tub. Jack was afraid of the sprayer for the longest time. Auntie Lori is to thank for helping him get over the fear, he now enjoys spraying anything and everything, Thanks Auntie Lori!

Our Jolly Jumper

Charlie went in the Jolly Jumper for the first time today and seemed to really enjoy himself. All the jumping around has made for one tired little boy, he is having a fantastic nap.

Introducing the Fabulous Times of Us

We're back! Life has been very busy for us - here's an update to get everyone caught up.

In March we started thinking about moving to Winnipeg. We'd been in Vancouver for awhile and it just wasn't right. Shaun went out right before Easter to look for work and get a feel for the city. He really liked it and found a great job doing business to business sales for ADP. One thing lead to another and now we're all living in St. Adolphe with Lori and Ken until we get posession of our house on July 1.

The boys and I are settling in nicely and love the sunny weather and huge sky. Jack is spending lots of time with his Aunt and Uncle and we've found some good parks for him.
