The Phone

Charlie enjoys talking on the phone, he does not have very many clear words yet but he still tries to have a conversation.  He is good at saying Hi and telling Daddy about the cat.  Charlie is not too sure what he thinks of Phyllis, the smallest cat in the world, sometimes she terrifies him and other times  he enjoys watching her.

The lighthouse

Jack and Charlie both love going for boat rides. Their favourite place to go is out to the "lighthouse" to see the seals. Nana and Papa were here for the weekend and get got out to see the seals and Jack had a great time.

Quad Rides

Grandpa has a really cool quad that Jack and Charlie have been having fun with. Charlie loves going for rides and was not nervous at all, it took a little work to get Jack to give it a shot but once he got riding he just wanted to go faster and faster and never get off.

Jack and Charlie's first boat ride

Today we went out on the boat for the first time, Jack and Charlie both had a great time. Jack really liked seeing the seals and he even tried to talk to them just like Diego would do.

Our trip to the park

We went to the park this weekend with the Jiggins family and had a great time. We ate some snacks, Charlie loves strawberries, played a little soccer, hung about a bit and flew a kite. Jack had never flown a kite before and he thought it was really neat. Charlie ate some bubble potion which he did not enjoy but he did love the freedom to run around on a big field. I look forward to many more trips to the park with the kids.

Charlie now had a sling and enjoys carrying around his toys, he often talks on the phone while doing it.

The weather is finally getting nice enough to spend some time outside, we are enjoying the sun and looking forward to summer when we will be outside all the time!
