Water Park

Jennifer and Johanna came for a visit while Shawn was up north hunting cariboo. We had a great visit. The day after they arrived we went to the St. Norbert water park, Jack and Johanna had a blast. Charlie enjoyed snack time the most, he does not like to get wet or cold so the water park is probably his least favourite place to go.

Corn Maze

Jennifer and I took the kids plus Kaitie to the corn maze one evening and it was a highlight of our week. The kids loved getting to run through the corn and try and find their way around. Charlie did his best to keep up, he loves the big kids and Jack was in his element with his two best girl friends.

Giant Hay Bails

While at the corn maze the kids climbed a GIANT pile of very large hay bails. They all loved getting to jump around and climb and climb. They were very tired on the car ride home!

St. Vital Park

Right before they left we did one last trip to the park. Jack and Johanna liked to slide down the pole, they would pretend someone needed to be rescued. It took Charlie a while but he finally warmed up to Jen and they were able to have some fun.

Epicure

This weekend Lori, Julie and I decided that we were not busy enough and a great thing to do would be to become epicure consultants! I have loved their products for years and now can place my own orders! If you are interested in trying any spices or placing a order let me know.

Ciclovia

Today The Sling Sisters was at Ciclovia and we had a great day. The sales were excellent, the exposure was fantasic and we all enjoyed a day outside in some wonderful weather. Shaun brought the boys down to enjoy the event and Charlie enjoyed getting to carry a doll around in a sling. He drew quite a crowd!

Charlie Sleeps

Charlie was sound asleep tonight when I went to check on him and this is how I found him. Holding my credit card, Shaun's Ipod and Jack's Poingo pen with a little smile on his face.

Jack's first day of school

Jack is off to 4 year old preschool and loving it. He is enjoying being back with his friends.

Shaun's First Day of Work!

My morning has been pretty eventful already and it is not even 9:00! The boys and I saw Shaun off to his first day of work, Charlie decided that naked is the way to be today and Jack has played a game of hairdresser with me. Jack had all his tools ready to do my hair, a saw, razor, hammer and brush, he said he was going to try and make me beautiful. I was a little nervous but seem to have survived with all my hair intact. Charlie came running out of his room wearing nothing but a sling with a doll in it. There is never a dull moment in the O'Malley house.

It took a little convincing to get Jack to go on the little roller coaster yesterday but once he was on he didn't want to get off. He says it was his favorite part of the day!
