We got some family photos done last fall that I realized today we did not get posted, here they are, better late than never!!

It doesn`t Get Better than This

When you are a 4 year old boy you wait all winter for the snow to go away so you can ride your bike. Well today was that golden day, the first bike ride of the season and the puddles were perfect for splashing in.

Jumping Charlie

Charlie and I had a grand morning out, we went to the South YMCA for some fun. They have a great indoor play area and activities for little ones in the morning. Before going to the play area Charlie and I attended a kinder gym class and Charlie was introduced to a trampoline for the very first time. The video is long but it shows Charlie doing his favourite thing, jumping.

We Are Back!

Today I had the chance to talk to a wonderful friend who reminded me that I have not updated this blog in a long time. It is nice to know that we are missed! I will make a much bigger effort to keep things update on here.

My last post was in October and since then a lot has happened around here. Jack turned 4 years old, we had a wonderful Christmas with visits from family and Charlie turned 2. We have been outside enjoying the snow and have had a spectacular winter here in Winnipeg.

I am going to post some random pictures that will hopefully update you all on the events that have taken place since my last post.

Christmas Morning

Santa brought the boys a really fun set of car race ramps and tracks to play with. Charlie had a blast all day with his fast cars. This was one of the highlight toys that that boys got this year. Well done Santa!

Penguin Jammies

Grandma made matching jammies for all the little ones. These penguin Jammies are still Charlie's favourite jammies to wear at bedtime.

Jack and Grandma

Jack loves his Grandma. One of his favourite things to do is to talk to her on the phone. Seeing as we don't see each other very often the time that we do get together Jack takes very seriously and they have many conversations about very important stuff.

Story time with Grandpa

The kids all adore their grandparents which is evident in this picture. I wonder why all three kids have their fingers in their mouths...

Boys in a box

There is no better toy than a big box for 2 little boys to play in. Notice how Charlie is a little poser!

Santa

One of my favourite holiday activities this year was the Low Family Christmas Light Bus Tour. Shaun was asked to be the guest of honor, Santa. He did a great job playing the part, all the kids had a fabulous time and our boys had no clue that Santa was their dad. It was a great evening.

Christmas Lights

This year I was able to convince Shaun that we needed Christmas lights. We had a beautiful fall day to get them up, next year I am secretly planning a much larger light display!

Charlie and Olivia

Charlie loves to play with Olivia, in this picture they are both trying to ride the vacuum cleaner.

Jack's 4th Birthday

Jack did not want a traditional birthday cake for his birthday party which we had in the early afternoon, he wanted icecream sandwiches, all the kids loved them. Jack's bithday cake came after supper with the family.
