Swinging at the Park

The boys, Robin, Keelah and I went to the park on Friday, we spent a lot of time at the swings.

Gimli

We went out to a really neat little town named Gimli that is an hour and a half from the city to the north. It was beautiful, just like the ocean but without the smell. There was even fresh fish and chips! I see many more trips to Gimli in the future.

Baby Shower

Today was Lori's baby shower, Olivia was wonderfully well behaved as she slept through most of it. Shaun was a great help setting up and he had a good time helping out with with the babies.

Morning at the park

We had a family outing to the park today. Jack learned how to go up the chain ladder and had a great time on the twisty slide.

























Jack was being helpful by making sure to catch us as we came down the slide, we didn't want to fall off or get scared.

Today Charlie got to go on the swings for the first time. He really like swinging.

St. Malo

After our wonderful trip to Grand Beach we decided another beach trip was in order so on Sunday we headed out to St. Malo. Jack loves his beach wagon and as soon as we got there he grabbed his toys and set off for the sand. Uncle Ken took Jack to the park before we headed home. Ken's brother Dave was out visiting this weekend and got to spend lots of time with the kids, both Jack and Charlie loved getting to clown around with him.

Grand Beach Again

We went to Grand Beach with the Hawkins family this past weekend and had a great time. Jack built sandcastles and loved playing in the water. Little Olivia slept through most of her first trip to the beach and Charlie loved getting to hang out and play toys.

Rugby

Shaun has taken up rugby and is loving it. Last night the boys and I went out to watch a game and had a great time. Jack found other kids to play with and Charlie still went to sleep in his stroller at bedtime. Shaun came home sporting some pretty good bruises from this game! :)
